Me and a friend were out buying wine today, and we couldn't really decide what to have... We had been walking around in the shop for around half an hour or so, and then I saw it:

CASTIGLIONI 2002 CHIANTI

Of course I had no doubt in my mind then and I immediately took 6 bottles of this fine wine :)

slash,

I know that wine ( but unfortunately don't own the wineyard ).....

Its a good chianti. Requires a sound meat main course. Can feel a bit dry if one is not used to Tuscan wines, but its definitely a good one.

Next time you're out shopping I may suggest you to try to find this one : NERO D’AVOLA “DON ANTONIO”, MORGANTE.
