When in Las Vegas I strongly recommend Hyakumi Japanese restaurant....
 
Nested inside the Caesar Palace, Hyakumi is my favorite Japanese Restaurant in Las Vegas. I suggest to try the A la Carte menu' enjoyed by cooking tables. Well trained Japanese chefs will prepare your food right in front of your eyes.

I actually ate there last year and really didnt enjoy it; I might have been there on a bad night but the food was bland and kinda lukewarm. Sushi was so-so, definately to pricey for the quality in my opinion.

A slice of pizza and a microbrew at ELLIS ISLAND is a must for any visitor of Vegas.
