After examining the information available to us, and taking into consideration various factors, the panel has determined that the actions (confiscation of full account balance less the amount already paid to the player) taken by Bodog.com in this case are justified.  For the record, this verdict was reached with a unanimous 3-0 decision.

The decision is based upon the following observations:

1. The hand histories provided by Bodog.com show highly suspicious behavour in at least 1 and probably 2 cases.

2. The sign in times and arrival times to/from the tables times are suspiciously similar for the players allegedly involved in the collusion.

3. The players allegedly involved in the collusion all lost most of their bankroll to the same player (jim827) and then charged back.

4. The player (jim827) has made most of his winnings off the players who charged back.

All,

While I certainly do not agree with the panels decision I fully respect it. I would like to say thank you to all the panel members involved as well as rpm at therx. I appreciate all the time the members put into their decision as well as their efforts to investigate my claims. Although this ruling did not have the result I expected I am very pleased that there is an avenue for the players to use in the event that they feel they have been wronged. Thank you again to TOW for providing this service and I hope others feel comfortable using it in the event that they feel they have been treated wrongly. I am sure there will be many comments directed at me and I am still willing to answer any questions any one has and would like me to answer. I do feel a sense of relief as I will now completely put this behind me and move on. I apologize to anyone I have offended at bodog. Thanks again all.

I had seen something at pepes forum that claimed he was the recent OGA owner, the so-called 'Jim Hines.' Could this even possibly be true?

A scammer cloaked as a watchdog? Tell me it isn't so.

Is this Jimmy from SGA? Reopen the case! I'd like to testify on his behalf as a character witness. shocked He once sent me a free, no strings attached $30 NETeller transfer. I can submit the screencap of said transaction into the record if need be. I move that the verdict be vacated and a new trial scheduled.

I'm available it looks 24/7 seeing's as how I'm currently unemployed. nono

So the watchdog is a scammer? That's a shocker.
