I have to say im not enjoying my stay with youwager.com my 3rd payout came up this week because my sister is in the hospital and they say they want to charge me an extra $50 bucks on top of me already paying my own fees, whats it to them how much my money comes in and out.

And then when i try to deposit again they tell me i can't have a bonus because of the payouts witch i didn't really care about but then they say they won't pick up my fees wtf.......so after all this im in a rush to get my bet in i call wagering and i get this clerk that can't understand me so he sends me to CS i tell the girl there that im trying to place a wager could she please send me back to wagering. And by the time i get back there one of the games i wanted had already started and the other two changed their lines......... shakehead

Sounds like non-issues to me ... I believe you get one free payout per month, and then you have to pay the fees on your 2nd, 3rd, etc. ... it's the norm in the industry to NOT give a bonus on a reload, if you've just taken a withdrawal ... and it's also the norm in the industry to make you pay the fees to redeposit money that you have just withdrawn ... as far as the problem with the CS clerk, well, shit happens, and not just at First Fidelity.

If I read this right, they charged the guy $50 "on top of" charging him the fees...   This is how I read it.

I assumed that the fees that he paid are the ones that Neteller charges him to send him his money from Neteller.  But who knows.

You get a free payout every 30 days only if its NT or fedex,i only use W/U so i paid for every Payout and then got charged extra 50 on 3rd.I agree with you that most book don't give a bonus right after a payout that's why i didn't care. But i still would have liked my fees.I think this answered merlyn as well.

Well if they did that then you could take out what you have in your account and send it right back and get a bonus on it.

i think most shops at least have a "waiting period" before you can get a bonus again after a withdraw...
