What's best for moving money on the internet from home to book and back? Speed, charges, and of course reliability are priorities. Bookshops' credit card limits are too low to be an option.
Also, why do some books transfer with certain books and not with others that are equally reliable ?

Dr Black,

My advice to large players is to set up an offshore bank account and manage money from/to books via wire transfers.

DR BLACK,

with the limits you are playing, your best option might be bankwires....

Most reliable books will do transfers with each other. A book won't do transfers with a book that they don't trust. It would make them look bad if they transfered your money to a bad book and the bad book ran with your money.
