Anytimewager (r. 3) confirms its "stall" policy on payouts. Players may expect to wait 2 to 3 weeks to receive their payouts. According to a number of "insiders" the book simply doesn't like to pay in a timely fashion nor any improvement to this frustrating policy is to be expected in the near future.

BlueGrass (r. 3) in full slow pay mode on the credit side of the business. The book was badly hit by wise guys in the past months. Professional players took advantage of slow moving and strongly opinionated lines.
