It is my pleasure to inform that the dispute between ihatecountrylife and BetEd has been solved to both parties full satisfaction.

Let me share the facts that ignited this dispute:

The player made 4 ach deposits. On his third deposit he inverted 2 digits of his bank account. On his fourth deposit he entered the wrong data on the account type field.

BetEd processed all 4 ach in the same batch. Obviously the two containing wrong data immediately bounced.

BetEd security automatically shut down the player account.

Things could have been smoother, and could have been solved in a faster way, if parties had not become confrontational.

Both parties provided me all info last night. The dispute was solved this morning. The player account is in the process of being re-opened and all his winnings reinstated. He will obviously have to send BetEd the amount of the two bounced transactions.

BetEd will additionally credit the player a poker bonus as a sign of respect and apology for the misunderstandings of these last hours.

As I stated in my first assessment a human mistake was the spark that ignited this dispute which is now solved.

I take this opportunity to thank the player and BetEd for their cooperation. I would also like to thank Wilheim for his help in clearing this misundertanding.

I would just like to thank Roberto for helping out in this mess. As a native Ny'er i guess it is in my dna to go off the deep end when situations occur where i think i have been taken. I have just spoken with Roberto as well as the security department at beted and it is being rectified. Just as i apologize for my language with them when my account was closed without being given any reason beforehand i wish Mr. Wright would have explained it was merely a mistake that i marked checking account instead of savings box instead of insinuating i was out defraud (even though i had made previous deposits thru the same account number).
I don't believe however that these guys are "rogues" and are out to scam people. I will continue to play there (go yanks) and will mark it up as a lesson to be more patient. I know in situations like this people have been cornered into making a blanket statement as a requirement for getting their funds but i assure everyone that this is not the case. I just got scared that i was going to be taken for $6k and instinctivley went off.. After finding out this morning it was just a technical issue cooler heads prevailed.
Once again i would like to thank Roberto for being the voice of reason in this mess. Anyone whos doubts his sincerity and motives is dead wrong. He had no reason to waste his day on someone he doesn't hardly know but did nonetheless and would not accept anything i offered afterwards.Imo that is a true "watchdog".
