kudos to everyone involved in getting the player paid at Royal. Since the scumbag Tej is a principle owner of Royal and since he ripped me off at Pyramid a few years ago, I think that I have a valid claim against Royal as does everyone whom sumbag Tej has ripped off in the past. I would like to know if other posters agree with me that I have a valid claim.

Once again Kudo's to Roberto and all involved. Your great investigative and watchdog work makes these forums a boon to all players and honest bookmakers alike.

Hi bettor1 and welcome to TOWForum.

I will quickly summarize your claim for our readers the way you summarized to me and Russ during our three way call a couple of months ago.

Bettor1 was a customer of Pyramid. He had experienced a hot run and build a decent balance. When he went to the "cashier" the problems began. To make a long story of slow pays short he was forced into a settlement agreement copycat of the one of the "Mybookie case".

When I asked Tej about bettor1's case he told me the player had been paid in FULL. As it turned out to be the player had to accept an agreement to leave 40K behind in order to get something.

Some, the ones who usually side with books, may argue he entered a settlement agreement. I maintain my position: there is no such thing as a setlement agreement on a legitimate player's balance. The player is always entitled to his full balance.

In bettor1 case there was EXTREME duress to make him sign the agreement. It is my honest opinion that his agreement is void and he is entitled to the portion of his original balance he was defrauded of.

Pretty fair summary of what happened, but the amount was closer to 50 left behind. Now the question is, can I legitimately hold Royal responsible and expect recovery? Maybe something can be worked out. I have worked with Richard in the past and he has always kept his word.
