Shaun,
Intertops was downgraded a couple of months back when they froze all neteller payouts WITHOUT offering alternate withdrawal methods to players. The situation (freeze) lasted 10 days.
Although its no longer a recent incident I am still a bit wary about them. I can understand that books may have to replenish their neteller from time to time but when this occurs they should ALWAYS offering an alternate method of withdrawal. Its the players money, not the book's. |

Shaun,
It was a single event for sure. In those days I involved Kaye McDonalds, the director of Antigua's gaming commission where Itops is located. The books CFO wrote her back that there had been some delays due to "misunderstandings".....
I personally don't think Itops is too risky but at the same time I would proceed with some caution. |

Jazz/ABC is an classy operation. Their founder is one of the pioneers of the industry. Financially solid (they also own 4 landbased casinos in Costa Rica). They had some glitches a few years ago but they immediately did right. Recreational and advanced players alike are welcome. Straight forward people running a highly respected operation. |

Apple,
All GCS books, including Betcom, were lowered at the time the famous settlement agreement forced on a player surfaced. Their rating will be reconsidered in a month or two, but that incident definitely played against them.
No player should ever be proposed a "settlement" when he requests a payout. Its HIS money, not the book's. |
