Lets imagine both book were offering same content, either 110 or 105...how would you rate one vs the other having to weight customer service, user friendlyness of the site, payout procedures etc ?

I think the logic of the question is flawed.

Pinnacle's essence resides in their low juice asymmetrical straddles, that's what they are.

Their IT Brain Power and their sevice proficiency are incredible assets, but reduced juice is what makes them truly exceptional and a revolutionary concept in the industry. The yeast of it.

Wanting to compare Pinnacle with no reduced juice with the Greek in full bloom is like wanting to compare the Greek with no prop bets and fast payouts with a Pinny in full bloom.

Both solid books but even though Pinn has only email CS I would take Pinn any day, I have had nothing but horrible experiences with Oly's CS

Better Pinny because higher limits and no daily cap amount on Neteller withdrawals. That cap amount is a joke ... it is like if you go to your bank and you cannot withdraw what you want to do. Amazing how people do not complaint on this.

I barely ever use customer service at all

both pay quick, both have a good selection of bets

I like pinny's software, especially the "dynamic lines"

would have to go with pinny on that basis alone, but have to love pinny for the prices
