7.00 pm EDT TheOffshoreWire and TOW Forum have created a dispute arbitration panel for players seeking arbitration in disputes with sports books. TOW and TOW Forum panelists are three well known and respected posters: Halifax, Slash and Judge Wapner. Players seeking assistance from the newly established dispute arbitration panel may file their requests through TOW Dispute assistance page or at TOW Forum. After having heard all parties and having thoroughly reviewed the contents of filed claims the dispute arbitration panel will issue a final ruling and its recommendations

Nice panel- Each has a different background which will give a unique view to disputes. Great way to make up a dispute panel.

I still could have put someone else in place instead of Halifax.

As most seasoned posters have learned watchdog or gambling portals/forums owners and operators, myself included, may tend to lean on this or that book due to the personal relationship we entertain with this or that bookmaker. While this may appear a minor issue it is not.

This is why I am optimistic in the positive outcomes that the work of this panel will have. All three panelists are not only respected members of the online community but, most and foremost, are known to be unbias and knowledgeable players who know every single technical aspect of sports gambling.

Their knowledge and their indepence are the best guarantees this newly established panel offers to players and books alike.
