FWIW...was reading a thread on therx yesterday....the player had been promised a check for $ 400 which he finally received after 7 days....seems paying posters who complain first to me.

I have an update for you. You obviously remember your preferred cs representative, Elisabeth....well, here's the story why she left Royal.
 
Liz was owed a couple of thousand dollars in commissions. She asked Kevin to please pay as she needed to fly back to Curacao temporarily to take care of some family business ( her husband and daughter reside on the island ).
 
She was asked to come back the next day to get her money.
 
Next day she shows up and Kevin told her the check was ready but he needed her passport eyes ..... when she asked why she was told..to make sure she would come back freaked
 
Liz told Kevin to keep the money and left. Obviously she's still owed and more obviously she will never be paid.
 
Liz is one of the best cs clerks a book could ever find. She is now working with a well established large book in Curacao.

What book is she at now?

Royal paid me in about 6 hours today. It seems they are back to normal.
