This may seem like a sore loser letter, but i must tell people who put their hard earned money into this site to think twice. I have played live poker for almost 8 years and decided to try partpoker.com. All i can say if i have never played in such a game where so many good hands lose. In fact so frequent were bad beat losses to the same group of people, its ridiculous and i dont care what they say they have about audits they are rigged, period. i have three of a kind, player has higher. We go to river, he gets full, i get full, i laughed more than cried. Played 3-4 hours and lost $1500 and the hands i lost big pots with were 3 FULL HOUSES and 3 FlUSHES. They are crooks please avoid this site. I know it sounds like im a sore loser but im honest and this site lacks integrity. I lost two 2 players who rasied back and forth and seemed to cut up my winnings; i do fairly well at live games no worldbeater but have my days. I Ssimply had no chance in 3-4 days that i played here. Withdrew 500 left from my 2000 and thats it. Whoever is playing here and is honest and not rigging the games, may God be with you for no one else will, unless your in on it.

personally I do not think it is rigged from the software side. They make entirely too much money on rake to be worried about stealing pots with schills/robots

you are going to expeience a lot more bad beats due to players being generally a lot looser online than in live games. A lot of flush and straight draws are going to beat you out. Part of the territory with playin online is that it does require some strategy changes.

Also, I would be highly suspect of collusion between players. That IMO is the #1 issue in playing online poker and maybe what you ran into

I work for an online poker site. Obviously not PartyPoker and as much as I'd like to comment on their service, the comment I would like to make is about the integrity of all online poker rooms, us and the competition. Like drunkguy said, this is a multi BILLION dollar industry. Suppose YOU owned an online poker room, would you in your right state of mind fix the software to increase your profit just a bit to make, let's say, 1 billion dollars and sixty cents a year? I would certaintly hope not! You're playing against a person we do not even know. If you lose to them we do not care, if you win money from them, we do not care. We provide a mean of entertainment for which we collect pennies from. Why rig the system so someone else has the edge?

I'll tell you this, as an employee for one of these companies, if I EVER found out our company or ANY company ever fixed the games or was in someway manipulating the software, I'd blow them out of the water! I would post an ad in this forum, other forums, and Card Player magazine amongst others. That would be the end of them. You can bet on it. Some companies may not be 100% legitimate, but rest assure those of us who love the business we've chosen to work in and the company we've chosen to work for, are 200% legitimate; honest. I wouldn't work for a company I couldn't proudly mention I work for or who had a bad reputation. Business is business, but in the end we're all consumers, so we all expect the same - a little bit of honesty and quality. So, as for GGZOLA's claim, you just need to learn the ways of online poker and take loosing like a man. With all due respect. Even the best have a loosing streak. You think Chris Moneymaker is here crying about not winning another WSOP, nope, he's out there trying to make it again. Good luck with that. Thanks for reading guys.

GG....you have to remember that you are playing 2-4 times more hands an hour than at a brick and mortar....I'm sure you've taken many bad beats at the live game, but you must keep things in perspective....you are going to get 3x as many suckouts as you would live...Also, you must remember that in virtual, it is much easier to click and be done...It's not money, its not even chips, its a number on a screen!!!!
read some college poker blogs...there are thousands of "unlucky" players that have gotten over their "online" heads for every one that makes a living  online....If you are a good player, in the long run your odds will even out and you will win...Personally, I have relegated myself to omaha Hi/Lo and tournaments online...Cream rises to the top much more in these games...there are plenty of live games within 3 hours of my home, and prefer to play live for cash.....I'm better at reading players anyway...harder to read computer screen blips...(but still possible)
