Not always sure where people think books are "sharp", but even if they can be it would surely take more than a couple weeks to prove if they were or were not (if "sharpness" even exists with books). They might have shaded and gotten lucky, they might have laid of their action somewhere else, or they might have actually had people betting a "bad" number.
If someone loses everywhere, then losing at another book doesn't really mean that book is sharp, just means the player can't pick winners. Not that whoever said they are losing to 777 can't pick winners, it just doesn't mean they are sharp or not. Just means the guy lost, or got on a bad run. Nothing more, nothing less.
That is why I love it when I see people saying they can't win at Pinnacle. Well Pinnacle probably take 80% of their action, so it doesn't prove Pinnacle is sharp, just shouold show the guys their opinions are not as good as they think they are. I have take a nice 6 figure sum out of Pinnacle over the past few years, do I think they are sharp? Hell no. I think they do what everyone else does, but not enough people "gamble" the right way, thus they lose.
Didn't mean to go off topic, but I laugh whenever I see people say how sharp or square a shop is.

Want, that's true it's a pretty small sample but I've had multiple times where they hang a unique line early and then by kickoff it has blown past that early generous numberous number. Maybe they've just been lucky so far, that's possible.

they have Denver 2.5 -110, 5 cents better than Pinny currently, has been sitting there awhile
