the 1st super system is spectacular....I seem to recall that Doyle got a lot of heat for explaining the game too well back then...but most books now are only good for avg players, I prefer to read blogs lately and watch pros play....It's much more educational now then any new books I can seem to find...but heres a good list of books for info purposes
 
Doyles super system
Sklanskys middle limit hold em and the theory of poker ( 2 books )
Warrens winners guide to texas hold em
Caros book of tells
there is a decent section on Omaha in helmuths play poker like the pros
 
 
these were my personal favorites and I think they are all very informative in different ways...
but any book that adds to your education and skill as a player is a good book...it all depends on how you use the info given!!!
