If you have a Neteller account in USD and you have made withdrawals from your Neteller to your debit card account and you never asked "the adjustment", you could have get less money ( lost ) than what you should have get.

Let's suppose that i made a Neteller to debit card withdrawal of $1000. $2 are the fee so i should get $998 on my debit card balance but, starting around August of the 2003 year, i regulary got $979. This means that i always got a 1.9% less than what i should have.

I always checked my transactions with Neteller so i was able to discover that fact since he started like i sad prior around August of 2003 so i never losted any amount. The reason is that i always asked Neteller to get that money back in to my account, called as "adjustment". Example ...

I made a $998 ( "after fee" ) Neteller to debit card withdrawal, i get $979.09 on my debit card balance, i email Neteller and ask the adjustment, Neteller credit my Neteller account by $18.91 called as "adjustment".

Now i do not know if this happened only to me. I found correct to post it so that you can check your account.

using that neteller debit is brutal at times i've heard. if you leave like a quarter on the balance for over 30 days they will charge you a fee.

a good capper is only as good as his info.

Concorde is right... unfortunately they rarely credit the full "loss" to your account. Pain in the ass, but what can you do.

what is the loss from?
 
I personally never had a problem although I rarely use the Neteller debit card

When you transfer a USD amount from your NETeller account to your debit card, NETeller converts the money to CAD - so you lose around 2% of the amount you transfer on this conversion.
