There's also a thing called a <sticky bonus>. It's a cross between matchplay and cash bonus. The books word it weird and don't call it a sticky bonus. Say you depost $1000 and get a 20% sticky bonus. You now have $1200 in your account. You can bet with all $1200 but you can never cash out that $200 bonus. |
